EPDM Roofing Systems

We use EPDM systems for new and re-roofing low-slope applications. Earlier designs include the ballasted roof, where the EPDM membrane is laid loosely over loose insulation. We will then cover the membrane with ballast, pavers, or stone to help keep the membrane in place, especially during high winds. EPDM membranes can also be attached to structural decks or rigid insulation. EPDM systems are beneficial as they offer aesthetic appeal whether you prefer the smooth, sleek appearance of a black membrane or a variety of specially colored membranes and coatings. We also have mechanically attached EPDM roofing systems available.

TPO Roofing Systems

TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) roofing systems are typically used for commercial roofing systems and have many installation and performance advantages. This roofing system is flexible and is available in 8' and 10' widths. TPO roofing systems feature tan, gray, and white surfaces and help buildings cool down quickly. We use mechanical attachments for the deck and membranes within the seam areas.

PVC Roofing Systems

There are many advantages that come with using PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) roofing systems. If you are in an area that has unique weathering characteristics or if you want to save money on energy costs, this is the roofing option for you. PVC systems are hot-air welded with its scrim-reinforced membrane including a white, reflective surface. These systems are available in 45- and 60-mil thicknesses.

For ballasted designs, we combine loose-laid insulation and the membrane with the use of pavers or ballast to secure the roofing system.

Asphalt Roofing Systems

We use asphalt systems to build a strong foundation for your commercial roof. Asphalt roofing systems include standard built-up, hybrid BUR/Modified Bitumen, or pre-manufactured Modified Bitumen membrane systems. SBS Modified Bitumen Roofing Systems typically combine fatigue resistance properties for durability. The membranes are available in white, black, and many other granule surface colors. They are installed by heat welding, mechanical attachment, cold-applied adhesive, or as a self-adhered system.

Standing Seam Metal Roof Systems

We utilize standing seam metal roofing systems to help your roof last a lifetime. With its impressive and durable attributes, this type of roofing also requires little maintenance. Standing seam metal roof systems can be retrofitted over existing roofing materials and are fire resistant. This system is available in a variety of colors and styles and a popular option for shopping centers and other commercial properties.
