Dillon Youth Development Center, 100 Dillon Drive, Butner, NC 27509, Attn: Daron Blount up to 2:00 PM on May 16, 2024 and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of: C.A. Dillon Youth Development Center – Campus Roofing Repairs To include Roof Replacement at Cottage B and Roof Replacement at Cottage A to be Bid Alternate 01. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. Pre-Bid Meeting A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on April 30, 2024 at 2:00 PM at C.A. Dillon Youth Development Center at 100 Dillon Drive, Butner, NC 27509. The meeting will address project specific questions, security, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms. Failure to attend the Pre-Bid Conference will disqualify your company from bidding.
